Warranty

All Bison products are backed by a 12-month warranty from date of shipment. The product must be used according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and should not be subjected to misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs or modifications, abuse, or lack of maintenance.

If any material or workmanship defect is found within this 12-month period, as verified by Bison’s inspection, Bison will choose, at its discretion, either to repair or replace the defective part or product (excluding installation), at no charge.

Before returning the product for warranty evaluation, the customer must obtain a return merchandise authorization as directed by Bison or an authorized repair location. The product must be shipped with an explanation of the issue and freight prepaid. The repaired product will remain under the original warranty for the remaining time. Replacement parts installed after the original warranty period will be covered for one year from the installation date.

If no defect is found, or if the defect is outside the warranty’s scope, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

Items returned for reasons outside of the warranty are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the date of shipment. Returned items are to be inspected by Bison before a refund is authorized. Items used, or no longer in the original packaging, may be denied. Customized items are non-returnable.
