We are driven to provide our customers with the highest quality possible which is achieved by maintaining strict quality control over every product that leaves our plant. Our flagship hoists feature overload protection, preventing operators from exceeding a products rated lifting capacity. At Bison Lifting Equipment, we partner with our customers for the long run by having dedicated technical support teams on standby and an integral manufactures warranty.

We serve the entire United States with partnered service teams in various states. 

Bison keeps a large inventory of the entire product line, ready to drop ship with a fast turn around. Our factory has a team avaliable to customize hoists to better suit your application. Offering longer lift height, tandem lifts, radio remote fitting, voltage adjustments or hoist service/ repair. Custom hoists are reload tested in house. Dedicated parts department for expited service. All parts are held in our NJ warehouse.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you wish to return a product within 7 days of delivery, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. After the 7th day of delivery, a 40% restocking fee will be charged. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You are also responsible for the returned products shipping fee as well as the shipping fee on new products being exchanged.

Items which are not ready to ship or have been customized specifically for a customer cannot be exchanged or returned once the order has been placed.

Restocking charges may vary depending on the condition of the item and the packaging upon arrival.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
