Shipping

Bison Lifting works with most major carriers.  Freight estimated on the website is subject to quote and update when specifics become available.  Dealers may use their own carriers or provide account information when ordering.

 Shipping Claims

Before your order is shipped it is securely packaged to avoid any damages during transit. Once the order is delivered, please inspect the product before the delivery driver departs. If there are any minor damages, please notate that on your delivery receipt (proof of delivery) or contact us at (201) 366-4812 for assistance. Please take photos and email them to info@liftingonline.com to file a claim. Any delivered orders without any notations on the delivery receipt of damages indicates you have received and accepted your order in good condition. If the unit is severely damaged please call (201) 366-4812 to report this issue immediately. We will notify you to refuse delivery of the unit and to notate "refused due to damages" on the delivery receipt. We will process a replacement unit to be shipped out to you. If you refuse the unit without this noted, we cannot file a claim for you. Please understand that you must follow these guidelines in order to have your claim approved. Any requests for a damage claim without the above will not be accepted.

Note: All orders over $100 require an individual to physically accept and sign for the packages he/she has ordered. If the customer chooses to "Sign Now" on the Shipping Carriers email notification, Lifting Online will not be responsible for the lost or stolen orders once the signature is signed.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you wish to return a product within 7 days of delivery, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. After the 7th day of delivery, a 40% restocking fee will be charged. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You are also responsible for the returned products shipping fee as well as the shipping fee on new products being exchanged.

Items which are not ready to ship or have been customized specifically for a customer cannot be exchanged or returned once the order has been placed.

Restocking charges may vary depending on the condition of the item and the packaging upon arrival.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. No refunds are given on customized or non-ready to ship items.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bisonlifting.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@liftingonline.com. A 25% restocking fee will be charged. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
