Bison Lifting respects the privacy of information that we obtain from visitors to this Site. It is our intention to balance our legitimate business interests in collecting and using information received from and about you with your reasonable expectations of privacy.  The purpose of the site is to facilite efforts by our dealer network in the process of quoting and ordering our products.  The information is consumed internally, and not shared externally other than as strictly necessary in the course of order fulfillment.

 Information We Collect
We collect anonymous information about the use of our Site, such as the number of visitors, the length and time of their visits, the pages they view, the web browsers they use, and other similar information. Such anonymous data may be used by us and disclosed by us to third parties to improve our Site and to better understand your needs.

Bison Lifting collects certain personally identifiable information about you (including, among other things, your name, address and email address) only when provided by you to request information.  Our Site does not currently use cookies to collect information about you or to identify you to our servers.

 How Your Personally Identifiable Information is Used
We use personally identifiable information that you provide to us to respond to your requests for information.  We do not disclose any personally identifiable information about you to any third parties except under the following circumstances:

• We will provide your information to a third party if you specifically agree that we may provide your information to a third party.
• We may use a third-party service provider to assist with sending information by email, mail or other means. In our contracts with these providers, we have them agree that they will not retain, share, store or use your personally identifiable information for any purpose other than as stated in the contract.
• We may need to disclose your personally identifiable information when required by law or if we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to protect our rights or property, to comply with a court order or subpoena, to cooperate with investigations by law enforcement or regulatory authorities or to participate in or cooperate with a judicial proceeding.
• In a merger, acquisition by another company, a sale of all or a portion of our assets, or other similar transaction, your personal information will, in most instances, be transferred to the control of a third party.

 Security
We will take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide to us. We do not currently encrypt your personally identifiable information.

 Third Party Privacy Policies
Our privacy policy does not apply to any third party websites that may be reached through links provided on our Site for your convenience, and you should contact such third party websites directly for information regarding their privacy policies.

 Changes to Our Privacy Policy
Bison Lifting may make changes to this privacy policy from time to time. You will be notified about any changes as described above in the section entitled “Modifications to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.”

Important Freight Notice: Bison will not be held liable for additional shipping charges after delivery. It is the responsibility of the dealer to determine if their customer requires liftgate service, additional handling or is shipping to a non-commercial address area such as home and farm deliveries. This will result in a freight rebill from the carrier.

In order to be billed only once for freight, Bison dealers must specify all delivery notes when placing the order.
